Galápagos Group Logistics Checklist

Save this before anyone books the wrong name.

1. Name the trip in one line: Infinity, GPS Villa, or both. The yacht is not the house.
2. Infinity is twenty guests in ten cabins. A request to ctc@ctcstays.com is not a reservation. These notes do not publish a rate.
3. GPS Villa is four bedrooms and sleeps nine. Dates go on the listing, which opens Hotel Barranco’s checkout for Dock House.
4. Lock the first night before you fly into Baltra or San Cristóbal.
5. Budget the park fee on top of lodging: $200 adult, $100 under 12, plus a $20 transit card.
6. Kids under twelve usually do better on land. Isabela is an overnight, not a day trip with a toddler.
7. If anyone gets seasick, aim for December through May. Take medication the night before a long crossing.
